Which website do I need?+
Most businesses need the Business Website: it has the pages, forms, gallery, reviews and map a business needs. If you sell products online, you need the Online Shop. If customers should book a time or pay a deposit on your website, add Bookings And Payments to the Business Website.
Is SEO included?+
Yes. Every website is built to be found: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast pages and your business details for Google. We also set up your Google Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console. Havoc Care then checks your Google listing and Search Console every month and fixes what it finds.
Do I have to write the content?+
No. You answer a questionnaire in Havoc Hub about your business, in your own words. We draft the website's wording from your answers and you approve it before anything goes live.
What happens after the first year?+
Your first year of domain, hosting and email is included in the build. After that you choose between yearly Hosting, where changes are charged per request, or Havoc Care, which replaces the hosting fee and includes changes, the monthly Google check and a report. Havoc Care is a monthly price, paid once a year.
Do I need Havoc Care?+
Not for a Business Website. It's your choice, and you can start it whenever you like, even straight after launch. An Online Shop runs on Havoc Care from launch, because payments need looking after.
What counts as a revision round or a change request?+
A revision round is one list of changes from you before the website goes live. A change request is an edit to something already on your website after launch, such as new prices, photos or opening hours. A new page or a new feature is quoted separately.
I don't have a logo. Is that a problem?+
No. We can design one for you as an add-on, or simply set your business name in a clean typeface at no extra cost. The questionnaire asks which you'd prefer.
How long does a new website take?+
It depends on the size of the site, but smaller websites typically go live within a few weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly content arrives, so Havoc Hub shows you exactly what we need and when.
Do I own my website?+
Yes. Your domain, your content and your website are yours. If you ever leave, we'll hand everything over.
